Cheyenne Stradinger (President)
- Will reach out to Kat and Jessica in a couple of days regarding continuing ed and the stolen maps.
- New election results!
  - Start with the WAML transition checklist.
  - Milwaukee and comments on expanding principal region
  - No volunteers to fill positions (new mapping, membership, MAGIRT). The ongoing question of what to do…
Sierra Laddusaw (Vice President)
- We have gold sponsorship and three silver level
  - Gold: Boston Rare Maps
  - Silver: EastView, HIG, SimplyAnalytics
- Conference webpage, registration, and room booking is live
  - This is ahead of schedule, but I had multiple people email me about needing to request funds now
- Call for conference presentation proposals has closed, there was no need to extend the call
Meg Miller (Past President)
- Re. Bylaw update- Chris, Tom, Kathy (and Ken) are willing to support-
  - Was it just Cheyenne and Sierra interested too?
- Holder of the passwords- more for Kevin
- Membership manager
- WAML/ACMLA Bulletin Crossover- met with Sarah, Winter issue will be the first one that is in both pubs.
- Need to email Zoe to see where we are with DOIs- Sarah has time to do stuff July/Aug.

- Had a meeting with Ron to discuss the transfer of duties. All is set.

- 13 people attended the 2026 WAML Editing Party, and we got some of the old records up to speed and added other institutions as well.

- No updates but hopes to see us in Denver!
NGAC (Ryan Mattke)
MAGIRT Online Guide to US Map Collections (Stephen Appel)
- The Guide to US Map Resources was the topic of Georgia’s most recent editing party for the Map Librarian’s Toolkit and that I’ve submitted a proposal to do a workshop in Denver on the same topic. Kevin was a huge help in getting an editing interface set up and digging up some old data.

Previous action items:
- Cheyenne: Check up on online conference + Brubaker Maps
- Meg: Explore updating bylaw wording/make ad hoc committee for this.
- Meg: Look at past executives, reach out to them to find information on former WAML bylaws.
Work on updating the bylaws.

Do you want to meet in July? I think historically we’ve skipped the July meeting due to vacations, etc.
