The University of Idaho Library has grown from a single classroom located in the University Administration Building in 1892, to become the largest library in the state of Idaho, housing well over a million books and subscribing to almost ten thousand periodicals, in print and online.
U of I Moscow is located on the homelands of the Nimiipuu (Nez Perce), Palus (Palouse) and Schitsu’umsh (Coeur d’Alene) tribes. We extend gratitude to the indigenous people that call this place home, since time immemorial. U of I recognizes that it is our academic responsibility to build relationships with the indigenous people to ensure integrity of tribal voices.

WAML

The Western Association of Map Libraries (WAML) is dedicated to providing harassment-free environments and interactions at our Annual Meetings, virtual events, and online spaces.
